Complaint Intake Form
ISKCON takes complaints about misconduct seriously and we appreciate your efforts in reporting conduct that should be investigated. Different ISKCON agencies handle different types of complaints. You may directly contact the appropriate agency with your complaint.
This intake form is intended to gather information we need in order to determine which ISKCON agency is the appropriate place for your complaint or to establish how we can best assist in circumstances where there is no agency in existence to assist with your complaint.
We also ask for information we will need to begin an investigation. The more information you can give us, the better equipped we will be in handling your complaint. However, we realize that you may not have all of the information we request. As the investigation progresses, you will have the opportunity to provide more information and to speak with an investigator.
At this stage of the process, the information you give us will be treated as confidential. At some point, we may need to disclose some information in order to continue our investigation. We will let you know in advance if we need to disclose any of the information you provide.
After we receive your intake form, we will direct it to the appropriate ISKCON agency or contact you to advise of the best way to address your complaint.
